Craig A. Carnes, Jr., Associate
Craig Carnes is an associate with the Law Firm of Ellison, Schneider & Harris L.L.P. and is part of the water practice group. Craig's practice focuses on water and natural resources law. Before joining Ellison, Schneider & Harris, Craig was an associate with Stoel Rives L.L.P. in the Environmental, Land Use and Natural Resources group. Craig also interned with California State Parks and worked on matters involving the California Environmental Quality Act and the Clean Water Act. While in law school, Craig served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Morrison C. England, Jr. at the United States District Court, Eastern District of California. Craig earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and graduated with a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Sacramento. Craig's experience includes a broad range of matters, including land use, water rights, municipal law and administrative law, as well as general litigation.
