American Wind Energy Association (AWEA)
In Order No. 2003, FERC adopted standard procedures for the interconnection of large generation facilities and a standard large generator interconnection agreement. AWEA filed comments to be included in the large generator interrconnection agreement. In these comments, AWEA found that some flexibility was needed to achieve appropriate standards.
