For several years in a row Ellison, Schneider & Harris has presented an update on annual developments in solar energy law to the State Bar of California's annual Section Education Institute. This presentation highlights progress of the California Solar Initiative in its first year of implementation as well as other regulatory and commercial developments in the solar industry.
